FraudsterConman 7672 blog postsHusband of A Train Hostess, travelling in 82502 Tejas Express from New Delhi to Lucknow badly thrashed 4-5 of his fellow passengers when they tried to harass his wife, on duty in the same train. later RPF at CNB arrested the 5 passengers based on the complaint of the train hostess & her husband. News of this yesterday's incident given in Ei Samay, TOI Bengali Newspaper. Complaints of Railway Passengers harassing Train Hostesses in LJN-NDLS-LJN Tejas Express in the current week has prompted both IRCTC & IR officials to take note of this matter. Yesterday's incident ran out of control as the train hostess tried her best to tend to the rogue passengers even herself getting harassed. It was her good fortune that her husband was a passenger in the same coach & train & he stood up against the culprits
this proves that until the mentality of the people does not changes, no government or law can prevent such incidents.
Shame on the culprits and kudos to the brave couple.

I'm just thinking about the train hostesses who are not as lucky as this woman. Not every ones husband travels as a passenger in the same train while wife is on duty
RPF should also be there for protection, women cannot work in an environment like this. People travelling in VIP Trains should also be checked thoroughly. I have myself seen people travelling in Rajdhanis with bottles full of alcohol in their bags. This is absolutely unacceptable.
