Yes Sri SP. The ROB was very badly delayed. I have been attending the monitoring committee meeting for the past over three months. In this initial days, the Railway Engineers did not even attend the meeting. Only after the matter was escalated to the level of Chief Secretary and the GM, SR they started turning up.
