Paschim if alloted LHB will make a lot of confusion and Problems
First it do not require because it do not have High sectional speeds like Swaraj and Golden temple Mail
secondly the link service of Kalka will create more problems
Thirdly have lots of Cover/Slag time in Between

19019 / 19020 BDTS Dehradun Express doesn't required LHB at all.
in train ko lhb rake dene k liye railway ko alag se Factory kholni padegi
May we include trains which do not deserve LHB in the future also ?
