Yes ECoR has no intention to give LHB coaches to VSKP so we need to wait for SCoR coaches only then.
All the 4 rakes should be replaced with new 2020 made LHB coaches and later existing coaches can be used for 4 other weekly RSA trains after getting some more SL coaches
Already their is secret deal between Railway's and ECoR on Vskp Lhb new rakes in the exchange of SCoR.
If such deal is made officially also it won't give back to VSKP
No maybe secret deal would be all brand new Vskp Lhb rakes will go to odisha.
Because ECoR lost Vskp to SCoR.
