Don't know about Mundra but spotted Foundation holes on Adipur and some YT video also available(don't remember the channel though). But my guess, they will Electrify both Mundra and Kandla ports.
Didn't went to GIMB this Diwali, or else would have got a chance to check Electrification work closely. And also no other active member(AFAIK) from Kutch region to ask(even I remain offline many a times)
GIMB yard is filled with poles and other materials like a godown, just at KPT office overbridge.
Poles erection is about to complete between GIMB to SIOB.
SIOB to DHG doubling is still pending in many patches.
