SER marked fresh Utkrist rake rolled out today from Kharagpur Workshop standing at Kharagpur yard line. Spotted by me today few hours back . I could not take photos as it was dark evening.

This is for ranchi swarna jayanti train. As per ser plan to utkristified this train as soon as possible....
Ranchi swarnjyanti Utkrist project is done by HTE CDO. Last month SER HTE callled tender from External agency 3rd party for exterior painting of coaches under Utkrist project at HTE CDO. I saw that tender.....but i had not saved that tender copy then.....even TATA CDO last month called tender for exterior coaches painting under project Utkrist by 3rd party agencies for TATA CDO. Only KGP Division Utkrist project is done by KGP Workshop.
Bto i this u have too much knowledge in this concern.... May u tell ki utkristified rake ready hue haii ya nae avi tak swarna jayanti ke
Pata nehin ...last month tender ho gaya tha HTE CDO mein Utkrist coaches colouring by 3rd party k liye.
