There is no uniformity of platform on every station. But yes berth placing constraints is also one of the major factor for deciding the figure of 24 coaches.

i hav heard abt Gautami express test ride for 26 coaches bak 2 years. Al the stations it halts were also increased to 26 coach length. Wat happend 2 tat proposal ???
