Yes i think so because UBL is the only place in North Karnataka where good infrastructure is there for establishing these sheds. I heard that UBL DLS will maintainAC Locos (mostly only WAG9s) after electrification of GTL UBL MRJ PUNE section. Regarding MEMUs it can also be maintained at DLS itself but mostly a dedicated shed will come. But definitely UBL DLS will home WAG9s to handle dense freight traffic in SWR because KJM wont be allowed any freight locos it will home only WAP7s. But i wish not to touch UBL DLS instead of it SWR should construct a seperate ELS near Gagag
