Yup, totally agree as this news agency just wants to spread fake news to get more attention and readers to their particular newspaper... There is no way NDLS-BE-LKO can be @130kmph in a snap... As the track alignment would need many adjustments, fencing and changing of tracks and sleepers to more heavy duty ones and durable to handle 130 at ease...
