The popular Venad Express train operating daily between Thrivananthapuram Central to Shoranur Junction,
and will be switching over to ‘head on generation’ (HOG) technology-driven Linke Hofmann Busch (LHB) rakes.
There will be an LSLRD (LHB Second Luggage, Guard & Divyaang Compartment) in place of EOG.
