Yes Tender has called but have u seen Tender awarded to some contractor? If not then still the tender is open and they floted fresh tender again.. This shows Electrification target what they gave for Gadag Bagalkot will never get meet usually better first they double whole route later they can do RE. I don't think the route is important RE at present time for any trains except Freights..
