Suppose, I am getting down here at 20.00 hrs and go to ALD by 21.30 hrs on a Sunday night. What are the fast options? Ola/ Uber? E-Rikshaw?
Uber services are not available in Allahabad. Better take OLA even though it takes a bit of time to get cab. E-Rick's travel speed is quite less.
I have done this twice..Both times I walked all the way from ACOI to NYN via Cheoki Railway Colony..From NYN,boarded Rewa-ANVT Exp (loco ride) on first ocassion and JHS-ALD Pass on second ocassion..I am well aware of that road route since my uncle is a WCR crew member stationed at WCR crew running room Cheoki.
But this isn't for someone having heavy luggage..I didn't see any Ola/Uber there at ACOI/NYN..Yes E rickshaw and Auto is there..They can drop you at Civil Lines.

Both OLA & Uber is available at ACOI but it will cost you around 200.
