Trains introduced in the ghats should be well planned to provide maximum intrastate connection as slots available are limited.
Considering 3 daily trains to TVC and 4 to MAS/MS.......These trains would definitely solve the connectivity issues b/w MAQ and its state capital...

That can be done just like Mandovi and Konkan Kanya Express........This allows another daily train which can be made to have RSA with Karwar - Yesvantpur Day Express which would give 2 other dailies one to Yesvantpur from Karwar and maybe another one to SBC via MYS
Now there are 4 slots through the ghats one for morning ICE ( karwar/gomateshwara) another slot for karwar/kannur express another fresh daily slot for Vijayapura Special and a tri-weekly slot for MAQ - YPR Express...this tri-weekly slot can be expedited to run another MAQ - KCG Bi-Weekly Express (via SBHR) and another bi-weekly express to Bidar....so there would be total 8 slots both up and down with sufficient trains.....
Yes.TT needs to be modified to reach MAJN by 10 and start from BJP by 16:00 hours once it gets regularised....
