Few things I have noted from the video
1. The CC SWR PR says it has 4 UR coaches and even it's RSA partner YPR VSG biweekly has 4 UR coaches but this has only 3 but hopefully we can assume on reaching VSG they will add...

2. No garlands or other decorations on the locos or the rake also while other specials are inaugurated with single or twin WDP4Ds this one is with WDG4s so we can assume that the train is not of much importance to SWR and run only because of MosR pressure.
3. Another thing related to previous point few coaches are Utkrisht, few coaches look old and dusty from outside hope they are cleaned well inside.
4. Occupancy looks not so good in the video, after all SWR gave PR on the day of it's first run and no inaugural function organized at YPR. Today is it's first run from VSG side and no inaugural function announced till now at VSG too hope they at least call the local MLA and press at VSG so people become aware and the train gets decent patronage.
5. Overall i feel SWR has not wholeheartedly introduced this special and they feel pressured by the MosR, who knows bus lobby still influencing them ?
Finally I would like to conclude by thanking MsoR Shri Suresh Angadi for recent developments in Goa and hope SWR organises a small inaugural at VSG at least today calling the local MLA and press and does not give up to the bus lobby keeping passenger comforts and interest above all. Also an hour of speed up can be given to this train and regular YPR VSG too.
Hope after 6 months regularised as YPR VSG YPR daily 17309/17310.
