Is it true that BRC holds most number of HOG WAP 7's?
BRC just holds 51 WAP 7's and GZB 133, RPM 94, LGD 100.
I mean in near future it may be the case. But based on current data, is it true?

Because I updated it as someone totally remove the BRC row...
Yes they do but I feel like the discussion is about having more number of HOG locos in the shed available for the duty as ED has probably 9 or 10 locos as compare to 72 or 51 or so on... So let that number increase and then ED can be also become same as BRC with more HOG locos...
I am not talking about the number of locos comparing BRC and ED I replied to this-/blog/post/4484012 , the sheds that home HOG locos alone and not the number.
