I thought u know this .. looks like they r making GDG-HG single line till gdg outer will be made as UBL -GDG 2nd line since there is no space left side of GDG for doubling so now GDG -HG line need to be constructed with 2 new lines till GDG outer that's why commissioning of Harlapur-GDG-Binkadkatti double line getting delay ..im not 100% sure but this what i think by looking at work which i saw few months back watch this video click here u can see 2 new bridges so i think total 4 tracks towards ubl/HG side..
