WAP1 is attached towards Tirupati and hauls it. The engine from Chennai is kept idle till Tirupati. From Tirupati to Renigunta the engine pulls front wheel the other is kept idle. On reaching Renigunta the idling engine takes to Chennai . This arrangement is done for sapthagiri too.
