That's error. However everyone in Mumbai knows that its common first class for ladies and gents. No need to make a big issue.
If type error then how can the cartoon pic of men be there, if there would type error then under ladies cartoon there would written first class gents coach.
error because the person who has given instructions for this pic is someone very junior. Had it come from correct authority then there would not have been this issue. Senior person has delegated it to somene who is not fully aware of the rules. Today also on other stations there is no figure of a man in the boards where first class is mentioned in red and white lines.
