We are waiting for the commercial halt of Rajdhani trains at our Sasaram Junction for the last 5 years. Our MP Chhedi Paswan, Ministers, top leaders, top Railway officials have been promising that Rajdhani trains will be given commercial halts soon at Sasaram Jn. News about the same even appeared in media prominently but we are still waiting it to become a reality. We are now clueless when will this promise made to the people of Sasaram and neighboring areas will be fulfilled. If you can't fulfil the promise, lease say it clearly. Please don't promise us anything which you can't deliver.

Why u need Rajdhani exp stop at sasaram? How much pgrs will sasaram provide to Rajdhani? I feel all such small stations like Koderma, Durgapur, Barddhaman, etc stops needs to be removed for Rajdhani exp and increase its speed and reduce end to end travel time. Already a huge percentage of passengers between Howrah and New Delhi route shifted to Air travel because of more travel time of trains. HWH to NDLS needs 10 to max 12 hrs travel time immediately to bring back atleast some passengers back to Rajdhani and for that modern technology and all these small halts needs to be removed from Rajdhani exp. Rajdhani only Howrah/ Sealdah, Dhanbad, Pt DDU, Kanpur baas these stops required remove all other stops.
