Exactly, the same treatment of ltt vskp can be applied with circar too. The thing is circar is not able to maintain schedule reason being As bza doesnt accord the reqd priority. Its just a taken for granted attitude as circar is just another terminating train in bza dvsn which don't require any PM / SM in its dvsn.
Also Circar slack should be reduced.
BZA division should upgrade it into Superfast.
To avoid clash between Ratnachal and Circar.
Because of this slack Ratnachal is suffering badly.

Today Ratnachal overtook Circar at RJY..more than 1hr gap is there at NDD between two Circar took 77mins to reach RJY from NDD..Ratnachal did in just 23 mins...
