There will be a difference between regular and special train. They are unning specials cct-rc , cct-sc and cct-krnt since 2,1 years respectively. But they are not likely regularised it.
There are specials from Secunderabad too during festivals. These are operated at higher fares and are jam packed too. Regular trains may yield less revenue.
