Dadar/Pathankot Express - ਤੇਰੇ ਬਿਨ ਮਰ ਜਾਣਾ

As many passengers complained, fast connectivity between Howrah and Durgapur and Asansol is the need of the hour in the morning, and vice versa in the evening. There is a concentration of trains in UP direction during evening times and DN direction is morning times, leaving the only train, Black Diamond Express heavily crowded. Sometimes it becomes extremely difficult for the passengers of intermediate stations to board the train.

The same is the case while returning from DGR/ASN. This is even worse, as, during evening, Black Diamond is the only train, leaving it to be extremely crowded.
What, according to you, should be the alternative to avoid this?
