Find attached today's news. MoSR has said "Forest department permission is required for Hubballi - Ankola line. Central government will get that work done". Hence Hubballi - Ankola project is not scrapped. So Hubballi - Ankola line can stay in atlas. There are many lines which have been plotted in IRI atlas before construction begins. Construction of Hubballi - Ankola was started earlier. It was stopped because of environmental issues. They might change the alignment of line and restart the project. Let's wait and see what happens
