Clearly written NR GZB on WAP-7 39062 as in pic. He could not attach KYN WAP7 39062 as loco tag it would be spam as by pic it is GZB WAP7.
In that case ..he cant do it and same as we cant do it ...

Ok don't do because it transferred but not documented .but for your information it is KYN wap7.
