May be Zone formation is main and also i think d also it will be useful for CDO as rakes can be washed with less water and more neatness can be done if CDO of vskp can use this. Hoping so they use and maintain some cleanliness in Ecor trains starting from vskp

yeah, Not doing any thing, VzM, Palasa CHE stations dont have any lifts and escalators.. even legacy SER markings are also present in some stations
all LHBS are taken away by ecor, all atrocities are done by ecor when it comes to WAT
