Don't know what's the prblm with KR.... Sometimes they behave very irrationally.... Day before yesterday too 12133 was quite delayed after which resulted into 12134 delaying by 6hrs+ while reaching CSMT.... Even today it was late but I guess this time it was issue in CR from PNVL itself it was late by 2hrs don't know exact reason if anyone know pls specify....
After receiving lot's of complaints KR did ran 12133 on time last 2 weeks in this week again the problem arised & they started regulating it....
A politician shoved down his speeding Expensive fancy car from a Road Over Bridge down on the tracks, few kms before Panvel. This blocked the rail traffic for few hours
Extension venam , RSA venam. If CR thinks and make 12133 to depart CST around 20:00 pm instead of 22:00 somehow and make it to arrive Goa at 05:10 and MAJN at 10:50 am , the return can easily leave the MAJN around 13:50 on time almost all of the day . Its the simple and easy solution. It dont need RSA , no other zone permission no extra rakes.
I would say it is at the CR end. The best solution is making the train to leave CST around 20:02 pm and arrive goa at 05:10 pm and MAJN at 10:50 am and if that is the case then 12134 can easily leave MAJN at 13:50. No need to transfer zone or no need to sign RSA.
