It is for Ballari-Hubballi-Ballari Passenger which is combo of SWR+CR rakes. This Tirupati-Hubballi-Tirupati Passenger runs with SCR rakes.
If you observe the train video carefully. Like in Ballari bound Ubl-Bay passenger after locomotive 6 coaches are of SWR rake and later remaining coach is of CR base.

🔹12 coaches (belongs to CR) will come to Hubballi as 11047 - Miraj - Hubballi Express
🔹6 coaches (belongs to SWR) will be attached to 12 coaches (CR rake) on front side
🔹18 coaches (combined SWR+CR rake) will depart from Hubballi as 51412 - Hubballi - Ballari Passenger
🔹Combined rake will run as 51411 - Ballari - Hubballi Passenger from Ballari after loco reversal...
