Why other trains running in this route are still hauled by diesel locos even though the route is electrified? I heard that there was a circular that all passenger/express trains running to/from Delhi must be hauled only by electric locos. Diesel locos will not be allowed inside Delhi and it's suburban areas. What happened to that circular? Did it come into effect or not?
