Got the news of transfer yesterday only. Main thing is 30584 30566 30553 30594 were transferred to TATA few weeks back from SRC. Now again transferred back to SRC. It is simply a joke. The scenario is TATA is taking in locos to do stencilling. Others are enjoying the benefits.

TATA requires a minimum of 35 P class locos as of now. After CAR CPU section starts plying ELocos more P class is needed. After this transfer 29 P class is with TATA now. So TATA will get more.
