2021 there is Election in WB. BJP trying hard to win WB in 2021. There is high chances of WB getting good budget allocations in 2020 Budget in Railway projects. New projects expected, 2 New Dedicated Freight corridors r expected from WB, Running projects expected to get good budget allocations. New trains are also expected from Asansol, Howrah, Dinhata, Kharagpur, Santragachi, Kolkata, Malda Town, New Jalpaiguri stations.
This years IRTTM meeting will be important to some extent i feel so.

also Dakhineswar-Noapara line work going on very fast trying hard for 2021 inaugural before election, other metro projects will see increase allocations.
Few Private train routes from WB is also expected specially HWH-PNBE, HWH-PURI routes can see private trains i feel. A new Railway Terminal in WB near Kolkata is also expected.
There is huge expectations in 2020 for WB in Railways.
Apart from Railways ...other sectors like Airports, Hospitals, Road connectivity, etc sectors will see good surprises projects in 2020 in WB from Central government. Lets see and hope for best for new Year 2020.
