Bcoz its coaches has been painted with cultural art
And are of genuine , no vinyl wrapping, nothing fancy.. real painting from the painters with beautiful selection of paints as well as combinations and design..

BSK have same too but BSK all coaches or rake are not painted..
Only pnbe rajdhani maintain the rake and coach combo always as far as i had seen
.
Others have mostly Vinyl wrap of some theme which are just fancy or just an advertisement type..
