As per an advertisement published at today's newspaper ER will conduct a speed trial at 145 KM/H speed at the newly built 4th line in between Dankuni and Baruipara on HB Chord section tomorrow any time after 11 AM. A special rake with WAP7 and LHB will be used for this purpose.

So 4th line was restricted to 110 kmph till now ? Trial at 145 kmph means certification for 130 kmph operations, right ?
4th line is newly constructed. Also HB Chord is already 130 certified AFAIK.
