The physical condition of the 4th line was granted for both the track and OHE fitness, but the signal was not functional. The turnout with M/Line (Up HBC Line) was available at Baruipara, and the trial loco was accompanied by TI (M)/HBC & Sr.Supervisors of all relevant departments.
