Yeah, it says as 5th Pay commission which is yet to be implemented but now, 7th is being get ready. It shows the wages paid and also the pension which adds as burden. It clearly shows that the IR has been suffering since 12 years but none of the ministers have taken concrete steps to pull it back.
Instead, they have done their honest duties in digging the grave deeper and deeper.
