My Opinion If Mob Caught Confiscate Their Property/Money And Use It For The Damaged Caused.Putting Him In Jail Might Be No Reason.Waste Of Govt Money Spending On Him Behind Bars.
Don't punish them, just recover all the money of damage and remove all subsidies for life time and ban them to travel in Indian Railways.
