Observed as on journey in HA1 from NZM to YPR on 26 dec 2019:
1. Cleanliness 2.5/5
The coaches were cleaned by OBHS, but not the toilets. Not even at big stations like JHS, BPL, NGP, KCG. It should have been done. Tolerable but a lot can be improved. & this was observed in 1Ac

thali - Rice, Dal, pickle, curd, 2 parathas, mix veg. 80 rs
Chicken thali - Mix veg replaced by Chicken curry - 130 rs.
Veg biryani - 70
Chicken biryani - 110
Egg biryani - 90
Standard veg/non veg breakfast - 40/50
There was no variety in food i.e. same food everytime, but food was good.
3. Security - 2/5
Never saw any security personnel in the train in whole journey.
4. Punctuality
Till KCG - 4/5 ,
KCG - DMM - 3/5
DMM - YPR - 1/5
Gets delayed by almost 2 to 2.5 hrs till BPL, but starts recovering the delay then. Delayed by 1 hr at KCG. But after Dharmavaram, stops at every single station and literally moves like a passenger. Ultimately reaching YPR at around 10 PM.
5. UR coaches
Packed from the start i.e. NZM till end.
Overall:
Good to travel till KCG,but to Bengaluru if Rajdhani is an option, then take that. For SL class take this.
