Yes may be catch sidings are not enough lengthy at several places to take these lengthy trains for that reason they restrict upto 21 coaches. Same problem with Hassan Managaluru route also.. Small catch sidings..
Amaravati was running with 22 coaches including 4 KCG slip before the 20 coach restriction. Let's see if they revert Amaravati CC back to 22 coaches.
But that reason of catch sidings is not officially given by SWR or RB the reason for restricting maybe some other too let's hope we see 22 LHB coach trains in both SWR ghats.

I don't know more about that shiradi ghat road. I just saw some member comments about small side catchings some 2 years back..
Any news when this one being upgraded to LHB rakes? Also, is it always punctual both sides?
