Yes, even IM surprised to see location of TSS .most of TSS I hv seen r located city out side .good thing is that fob almost completed and bypass line work also started ..but RE work near GDG not started yet except TSS. also ohe poles started from ubl side..
RE works will take time it seems.. That bypass line needs one new halt station on Gadag Bijapur line for joining. So may that station work also start soon.
I don't think Lachyan Hotgi get complete by March because still Bhima Bridge works not completed which is the main delay factor for this stretch doubling.. Same is gonna happen for Wandal Kudalsangama road stretch Doubling where Two major bridge works parvati katti and Krishna Bridge need more time to get complete.
In last two FY GDG HG section doubling speed was excellent ..but don't know why in this FY it got slow down they could hv completed gdg-holealur stretch this year and any other small stretch easily ..
It's because Some stretch involved Major Bridge works which delay doubling. They want to come in sequence from Hotgi and Bijapur side as preference is first for Hotgi Kudgi stretch for two NTPC plant freights usage. They may easily double Gadag Holealur but don't know what stopped them to take this stretch..
