Yes...definitely not easy....so many zones /divisons involved and such a long route. Probably one of them could be extended till KCVL/TVC for which TVC div has to agree.
Unexplored /unconnected route via Chaibasa would definitely solve the purpose for SER as there will be a daily connectivity as compared to KGP/Hijli from where there are almost 20 trains (including weekly/daily etc) towards MAS/KPD

There is definitely going to be a long discussion in IRTTM 2020 on running 2 independent trains DHN-Allepy and TATA-Alleppy exp rakes.....but i doubt on the solution that will be out from this IRTTM on this......
