Unfortunately you cannot manually select the WiFi band in Moto phones. Wifi Band selection only works on OnePlus, Mi, Realme and few other brands who don't use stock android UI. 5 GHz selection present only in custom UI like MIUI, ColorOS, OxygenOS etc.
