Near andal jn cabin, a Y-leg line(ss attached) is seen on google map. Is this y leg old or new? Why is it not used? If this is new, when will it get operational? If this line line is used, LR at Andal can be avoided, but it(vananchal) will also bypass Asansol. Asn can be connected by new train bet BGP-TATA via khana-asansol-adra. Both will not require LR.

Where did i say that there is bypass connecting asansol-andal and andal -saithia? Pls go through google maps. You will find andal and asn both are bypassed by that freight track passing through chinchuria. Asansol is not even touched by loop line. How will they connect them?? Saithia and sitarampur can be connected by chinchuria loop bypassing andal through y-leg at cabin jn. Asansol will not come in this route.. so i said by using frieght route asn and andal both will be bypassed. Bypassing doesnot means connecting...
