Working Time Table and Public Time Table.
WTT is the one that is carried by the IR staff and is actually followed whereas PTT is the one that is published for the public to follow.

If we follow 12447 PTT time table then Time table of Agra Cantt and Mathura should also be changed because departing early from Jhansi will give opportunity to overtake JBP-NZM EXP(22181) just after Jhansi. At Agra UPSK will surely reach before time and give opportunity to 22181 to overtake us.
