Andhra Pradesh Cabinet approved that Visakhapatnam as Executive Capital of Andhra Pradesh. In future city may grow vastly. But for now Visakhapatnam has only one Railway Terminus. We have to Improve Infrastructure that will cater needs in future. We also need one more rail Terminus. However in present situation areas in North Vizag like Madhurawada,Zoo,Kapuluppada are not connected
Also It is anticipated that AP Secretariat will be at Madhurawada or Kapuluppada or Bheemili.
Hence my Idea is like this....

Bro your above idea will not work because Kambalakonda covers City between Stadium - Dairy Farm.
Better to have new line from Kommadi - Pendurthi.
Terminal Can be named as Madhurawada Terminus.
Madhurawada alone can pull occupancy for a terminal station in coming future.
