This IRCTC Catering is fully corrupted........you fought so u got Rs 10 deducted and maximum passengers don't know reality they believe them. So they buy it for Rs 80 and curd additionally by paying Rs 10.
Yes, it is pitiable that even for 10 rs refund, tweet to RM is the last resort. Some intermediate complaint levels actively and successfully working should be there
No use of complaining...nothing will happen.....there is a big corruption behind IRCTC.....IRCTC cannot control these private vendors at all. 1 vendor has many companies under different names also....so that if by chance 1 goes there r many others.....see i cannot say more on this topic...... this is quite a big level corruption involving many.....So i don't want to talk more.....i told some hints i think u can understand.....
