Will get into RAC if extra coach is attached. As of now, BE1 is removed, hence it won't be feeded in PRS.
I have been through such situation numerous times in this train..

BE1 ke seats 12310 mein pehle se hi included hai and 12309 mein Chart banne ke baad hote hai..As a result mera ek baar TQWL#30 bhi 12309 mein CNF ho gaya tha ( /pnr/post/4339325 ) and 12310 mein TQWL#2 atak gaya tha.
Ye RAC ho jayega.

BE#1 definitely lagega Holi se fir pura saal bhar..That coach is like regular one only.
No, BE1 is removed since last few runs. It is currently not feeded into PRS right now. After feeding it, the WL will suddenly drop by a huge margin
Fir CNF bhi ho sakta hai.
What I meant that BE#1 ke seats ko 12309 mein Chart prepare hone ke baad lagate hai and 12310 mein ARP se hi..Last year kuch aisa hi hota tha.
Definitely WL bhi reduce drastically after addition of BE#1 in 12310.
