BNC to VSKP
Though it said 451 available and selecting Lower Berths, I got one Upper Berth and one Side Upper. I am 6.2 ft and my wife will be with our 3 yr old baby. Both will find it difficult with upper berths

Please book in any nearest PRS counter and you will get the LB's as you desired..IRCTC sometimes behaves very strangely and there is no logic on why you got such berths too
While booking please select book at least one LB seat is allotted. So that if there is no availability your amount will be refunded. Still you can try with PRS booking sometimes manually they can select seat and book subject to availability in that section.
