13154-12153 will not be touched at any cost. To facilitate the demand, Howrah-Siuri Express will be extended. But the question remains if it will touch Siuri or will byepass via Sainthia only. This will only result in increasing the travel time and will not serve the purpose of serving Raiganj in a lesser time
