Yes,after of dullness and laizness of Indian Railways they has finally start using some Brain and explore options of new routes in North India
Few good things they did are :
1)JAT - Bandra Express (Vivek) via Hisar
2)CDG- Bandra via Loharu

Few Lines in Haryana and Rajasthan are badly ingnored and railway keep using old conventional routes
