crores of rupees modern lhb coaches to travel...for u Old ICF coaches r required and fit for.
If u want more GS coaches or want to run more Janshadharan type trains then demand for those.....go to DRMoffices, use social media to GM, DRM, RM, now bihar Election comming ask your political representatives to fulfil ur demands....but destroying Railway property is not at all good and cannot be supported.
Lhb coaches r very costly and maintenance of the coaches r responsibility of both us passengers as well as IR....Does these kind of broken windows in crore rupees coaches looks good to see to you?
