➡️ Speed test conducted by the Railway Safety Commissioner was successful today with a maximum speed of 122 kms on the new (second) railway line at Perecharla-Satalur.
This will pave the way for the arrival of trains on the new (second) railway line between Perecharla-Satalur, with a maximum speed of 80 km per hour.
➡️ The first train to run on the new (second) railway line was yesterday's 17252 GNT - KCG Express. All remaining coaching / goods trains are running on the new (second) train line.

There is speed restrictions upto specific period of time for new lines. They will increase after
5/6 months

They will increase the speed upto 100/110 kmph .. within 5-6 months .. not more than that ..
Newly laid track always require soil settlement and soil takes time to settle. They will increase it progressively.
